Refine your nose in 15 minutes with dermal fillers — no surgery, no anesthesia, no recovery. Our board-certified dermatology team uses advanced hyaluronic acid fillers to smooth bumps, lift the tip, and create harmony in your facial profile.
Schedule Your ConsultationNon-surgical nose contouring — often called liquid rhinoplasty — uses precisely placed hyaluronic acid dermal fillers to reshape the nose without incisions, anesthesia, or weeks of recovery. The procedure is performed in our Miami clinic in a single 15- to 30-minute visit, with results visible immediately.
Unlike surgical rhinoplasty, which physically removes tissue and reshapes cartilage and bone, liquid rhinoplasty adds small amounts of filler to create the illusion of a more refined, balanced nose. It is ideal for patients with minor cosmetic concerns who want a noticeable improvement without a permanent surgical commitment.
The procedure has grown rapidly in popularity. According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, non-surgical facial rejuvenation procedures continue to outpace surgical alternatives, especially among adults aged 25–45 who want subtle, reversible enhancements.
At Paradise Medical Center in Westchester, Miami, we use only FDA-approved hyaluronic acid fillers and apply advanced micro-cannula techniques to maximize safety and precision.

Non-surgical nose contouring is best suited for specific cosmetic concerns where small volume changes can dramatically improve appearance. Below are the most common corrections we perform.
Filler is placed strategically above and below the bump to camouflage it, creating a perfectly straight nasal profile from the side view.
A small amount of filler at the base of the columella subtly rotates and lifts the tip for a more youthful, refined appearance.
Minor curves and irregularities can be balanced using filler placed on the deviated side, creating visual symmetry.
For patients who had a previous rhinoplasty, fillers can correct small irregularities or unevenness without another surgery.
Adjusting the bridge or tip projection can improve overall balance with the chin, lips, and forehead.
Patients with low or flat nasal bridges can achieve definition and structure with carefully placed filler along the dorsum.
The nose contains a dense network of blood vessels, including critical arteries that feed the central face. This makes nose filler one of the highest-skill injectable procedures. We follow a rigorous safety protocol on every patient.
Before treatment, we evaluate your nasal anatomy, skin thickness, prior procedures, and aesthetic goals. We review photos from multiple angles and discuss what is realistic with filler — and when surgical rhinoplasty would be a better choice.
Whenever possible, we use blunt-tip micro-cannulas instead of sharp needles. This dramatically reduces the risk of vascular injury, which is the most serious complication of nose filler.
We choose stiff, structural hyaluronic acid fillers (such as Restylane Lyft or Juvéderm Voluma) that hold their shape well in the nose. All FDA-approved fillers we use are fully reversible with hyaluronidase if any concern arises.
We always keep hyaluronidase on hand. In the rare event of vascular compromise, immediate reversal protocols are in place to protect the skin.
Avoid blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E, alcohol) for 5–7 days prior to reduce bruising risk. Arrive with a clean face — no makeup or skincare on the nose.
We apply topical numbing cream for 15–20 minutes. The actual injection takes 10–15 minutes. You will see results immediately and we will adjust together using a hand mirror until both sides are pleased with the outcome.
You can return to work the same day. Mild swelling and rare bruising may last 1–3 days. Avoid pressing on the nose, wearing glasses for 2 weeks, and intense exercise for 24 hours.
Most patients enjoy results for 12–18 months. Maintenance touch-ups every year preserve the contour. The treatment is fully reversible at any time using hyaluronidase.
Results from hyaluronic acid filler typically last 12 to 18 months. Stiffer structural fillers used in the nose can occasionally last up to 2 years. Maintenance treatments preserve results indefinitely.
When performed by an experienced injector who understands nasal vascular anatomy, liquid rhinoplasty is very safe. We use micro-cannula technique, slow injection pressure, and keep reversal agents on site. The dermis-deep arteries make injector skill the most important factor in safety.
Most patients describe pressure rather than pain. Topical numbing cream and lidocaine-mixed fillers minimize discomfort throughout the 15–30 minute procedure.
Liquid rhinoplasty is ideal for patients with small dorsal humps, drooping tips, slight asymmetry, or low bridges. It is not right for patients who want a smaller nose, since fillers add volume rather than remove it.
Pricing depends on the amount of filler needed and the type of product used. We provide transparent pricing during your in-person consultation along with package options for maintenance.
