Comprehensive health assessment including vital signs, cardiovascular, respiratory, and musculoskeletal evaluation.
Visual acuity and hearing screening tests as required by employer specifications.
Coordination of urine drug testing with certified laboratories for standard 5-panel or expanded screening.
Completion of all required employer forms, clearance letters, and certification documents.
Tuberculosis skin test (PPD) for healthcare, food service, and other industries requiring TB clearance.
Evaluation of physical capabilities relevant to job requirements including lifting, mobility, and range of motion.
Health history, vital signs, physical exam, vision/hearing screening, musculoskeletal assessment, and employer documentation. Drug testing as needed.
20-30 minutes for a standard physical, approximately 45 minutes if drug screening is included.
